Precision Nutrition Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Coach

Jessica Smith is a certified health coach, wife, mom of two, dog mom of one. Back in her pre-kids era, she started her exercise career as a high school and college athlete, ran a few Tough Mudders, joined the CrossFit craze for a while, and ran two marathons. Now she enjoys exercising in a variety of ways - Peloton, yoga, lifting in her garage, and biking with her kids.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking healthy recipes and her superpower is adding extra vegetables to dishes without anyone knowing. She enjoys being outside, walking her really “well behaved” dog, exploring new places, and enjoying time with friends. She somehow does NOT run on coffee.

Health Coaching Options

Individual Health Coaching Sessions

Nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle analysis. In-depth initial meeting and weekly follow-up check-ins. Access to resources and support within 48 hours.

3 Month Program: $200 per month 6 Month Program: $175 per month 12 Month Program: $150 per month

Sleep Coaching Packages

Same as health coaching but with specific focus on sleep support.

3 Month Program: $175per month 6 Month Program: $150 per month 12 Month Program: $125 per month

Group Coaching Available Upon Request

JLS Healthy Living regularly consults with women’s groups, sororities, chiropractic and physical therapy practices and offer group presentations and coaching. Rates depend on size and number of session. Please inquire for more information.

Additional Services

Kitchen Reorganization from $150

Reorganization planning session in your kitchen, inventory of current groceries and pantry items, rearranging pantry items, and food recommendations. In person or virtual.

Grocery Store Packages from $150

Confused about what to buy and how to shop healthier? JLS Healthy Living can guide you every step of the way shopping together and figuring it all out. In person. Available in the Austin area.

Meal Prep Packages from $250

Let JLS Healthy Living can come to your home and help you prepare a weeks worth of meals for your family. In person. Available in the Austin area.

Corporate Office Reorganizations Available Upon Request
